Youth Connections

YC provides flexible and tailored assistance for young people who have disengaged or are at risk of disengaging from education. GTT's YC program offers 14 to 18 year olds individual one on one case management to assist them to overcome their barriers, enabling them to be earning or learning.

YC provides the young people with:

• Personal Development - helping them to develop personal skills and attributes that promotes wellbeing and supports positive life choices; and
• Connection and Progression - connecting them to education or training, family and the community and support them to achieve a successful education and transition outcome

GTT also proactively builds strong relationships and works collaboratively with other youth service providers to strengthen service delivery outcomes for young people at risk.

GTT's Youth Connections service covers the footprint area of Goondiwindi Regional Council as well as the Paroo, Balonne and Bulloo Shires.
