🔧 About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role combining front office administration and marketing support. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, manage communications and bookings, and assist in promoting our programs across regional communities.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
  • Front desk and general administration duties
  • Social media content creation and scheduling
  • Event and program marketing support
  • Assisting with bookings, student support, and enquiries
  • Liaising with staff, clients, and community stakeholders

🎓 You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Digital confidence – Canva, email marketing, social media
  • A can-do attitude and team spirit
  • Previous experience in admin and/or marketing roles
