At your appointment, you’ll tour the centre to see what’s on offer and how it will benefit your studies. Plus, we will help you fill out your application to become a registered Regional University Centre user.

What’s On Offer?

Study Spaces

Our quiet study spaces will enable you to get away from the distractions of home and concentrate on reaching your goals. We have created group and individual study spaces, plus spaces to take a break, including a kitchen and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Technology

There’s nothing more frustrating and time-wasting than trying to watch recordings, submit an assignment or do research when your internet isn’t up to the job. We provide free, high-speed internet connections for students to make studying easier.

You have the option to bring your laptop or use one of ours while you’re in the centre. If you need to print a document, there’s a printer here for your use (fees may apply).

Support

We help remove the obstacles and create opportunities for you to succeed in your studies.

You’ll have access to our dedicated support staff who can help with academic areas such as essay writing, referencing and study planning.

We can assist with administrative tasks including deciphering forms, helping apply for extensions or scholarships, or connecting you with support from your course provider.

Reduce the cost and stress of having to travel for your university exams and utilise GTT’s professional supervised (invigilated) exam services.

We also provide pastoral care when needed, to take care of your physical and emotional wellbeing, important as you manage the demands of study in your life and the pursuit of your academic goals.

Who’s Eligible?

Location and Access Hours

The Goondiwindi Regional University Centre is located at Gateway To Training, 15-21 Russell Street Goondiwindi, Queensland. Registered users can gain access from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
