Description
Responsible practices must be undertaken wherever alcohol is sold or served. This short course applies to any workplace where alcohol is sold or served, including all types of hospitality venues, packaged liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries. This course covers the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) skill and knowledge requirements recognised as part of the national training framework.

Certification
A Statement of Attainment for SITHFAB021 – Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Skill Set will be issued upon successful completion of all assessments.
